You must be aged between 17-25

You must live in a London borough

You must have passed your test within the last 12 months

You must complete the Pass Plus course of at least 6 sessions

You must apply to the Pass Plus-London office BEFORE starting the course

To register you can phone 0845 230 17 25 you will need:

Date of passing driving test

ADI name and registration number

Your Driving licence number

Once you have completed the course send a copy of your Training Report form with a copy
of the DSA certificate and your personal registration number to Pass Plus-London
